Students worked hard yesterday learning the design thinking process. They began by conducting the Bridge Design Challenge - a great exercise to learn about the value of prototyping. They also learned about how to conduct field observations and to identify extreme users. In the evening, they learned how to conduct an effective brainstorming session.
